At OTPX, we strive to provide reliable SMS verification services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

2. Automatic Refunds

You are automatically eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • No SMS received: If you do not receive an OTP within 20 minutes of purchasing a number, the amount is automatically refunded to your balance.
  • Number cancellation: If you cancel a number before receiving an OTP, you will receive a full refund.
  • Service unavailable: If a service becomes unavailable after purchase, you will receive a full refund.

3. Balance Refunds

Refunds are credited to your OTPX balance, not to your original payment method. Your balance can be used for future purchases.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • OTP was received successfully
  • Number was used for any purpose
  • Request made after 24 hours of purchase
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Account suspension or termination due to abuse

5. Wallet Top-up Refunds

Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Unauthorized transaction (with proper verification)
  • Service discontinuation

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team via Telegram or email
  2. Provide your account email and transaction details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Wait for our team to review your request (usually within 24 hours)

7. Processing Time

  • Automatic refunds: Instant (credited to balance)
  • Manual refund requests: 1-3 business days
  • Payment method refunds: 5-10 business days (if approved)

8. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, please contact our support team with additional information. We will review your case and provide a final decision within 48 hours.

9. Changes to This Policy
